1. As part of the “Cowee School Concert Series,” Americana/ bluegrass ensemble Aubrey Eisenman & The Clydes will perform at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 10, at the Cowee School Arts & Heritage Center in Franklin.

2. Americana/bluegrass act the Darren Nicholson Band will hit the stage for an intimate performance at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, May 11, at the Cataloochee Ranch in Maggie Valley.

3. The 22nd annual Whole Bloomin’ Thing Festival will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 10, in the Historic Frog Level District of Waynesville.
