The Haywood County Arts Council’s latest exhibition, “Don’t Be Square: Art Beyond Right Angles,” will be on display through Aug. 31 at Haywood Handmade Gallery on Main Street in Waynesville.
The public is invited to the opening reception during the “Waynesville First Friday: Shop, Sip, & Stroll” from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7. Guests will enjoy complimentary refreshments, meet exhibiting artists and be among the first to experience this imaginative collection of artwork while exploring downtown Waynesville.
