Learn how to coexist with bears
If you want to learn how to coexist with black bears, attend the Bear Education and Resources (B.E.A.R.) program at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, at the Macon County Community Center in Franklin. This is the first in this year’s B.E.A.R. talk program series. B.E.A.R. is a taskforce of the Western North Carolina Alliance, a regional conservation group. The program is FREE.
