Festival of the Peonies in Bloom begins
Wildcat Ridge Farm is welcoming visitors throughout May to enjoy the peonies in bloom.
Open every day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., this is a free event.
Intersectional Peonies, also known as Itoh peonies, possess attributes that make them highly desirable landscape plants. Flowers are upright on top of the bush and never require any kind of support, the plants come back larger each spring.
From this new hybrid group, a vibrant palette of colors emerged requiring well-drained fertile soil and full sun to produce boatloads of gorgeous single, semi-double and full double blooms with spectacular pastel color combinations.
Wildcat Ridge Farm is located at 3553 Panther Creek Road in Clyde.
