Help remove invasive plants on the Jackson County Greenway 1-4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12 in Cullowhee. 

MountainTrue and Mainspring Conservation Trust are partnering on this event. Volunteers will pull up roots and use hand tools to remove invasive shrubs like Chinese privet and multiflora rose, and then treating the stumps to restore native habitat.
