To the Editor:
For those who are persuadable, I’ve got a few questions.
Why should we vote for a party that supports abortions up to the point of birth and assisted suicide, yet oppose the death penalty for heinous crimes?
A party that makes a big production out of the “Handmaid’s Tale” and so bravely stands against Christians, but rolls over for Muslims when they are the ones in favor of burqas, honor killings, and female subjugation, Sharia law, and terrorism? Just because this is not true of every Muslim is no reason to ignore the outsized influence of those for whom it does apply. Accusations of Islamophobia should not blind one to reality and ability to make proper judgements.
Should we vote for a party so weak that it cannot stand up and condemn those who are anti-American, antisemitic, who want to destroy our economy and who belatedly starts talking about affordability? How crazy would it be for us to do that? You think gas prices are high now? Wait until the party that hates fossil fuels gets in charge. They don’t care about your affordability other than to sucker people into voting for them.
Who wants to vote for a party that would reopen the borders or who would let violent criminals offend again and again until someone gets killed? Why should we vote for a party that has repeatedly had no other message than to oppose anything Donald Trump was for, lie about genocides that are supposedly taking place yet ignoring the real villains in the Middle East?
This is the party that is supported by the teachers unions that have overseen the progressive deterioration of educational standards in our schools. If you are a US citizen, move over, you’re second class. Do you want leaders who actually hate the country and consider illegal aliens to be more worthy than citizens? Or those who claim to be for women but can’t even define what a woman is? Those who would allow women and girls to be robbed of athletic opportunities and humiliated because some mentally confused male invades their sports and intimate spaces? How about the insane rush to believe that children are capable of giving consent to life altering medical treatment and surgeries instead of trying to counsel them to find out why they are rejecting their bodies?
I could go on, but you get the message. To the True Believers I expect you to keep drinking the Kool-Aid, although I always hold out hope for a change of heart and mind, but to those who are persuadable, please join us and help save our country. To those who are complacent and may be thinking of sitting this election out, I say get out and vote like your life depends upon it, because it does!
