Presented by the Center for Domestic Peace, the Blue Ridge Peace Fest will host an array of local musical acts from 2-8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at Bridge Park in downtown Sylva.
Artists to appear include Ghost Pipe Sound Machine (3-3:45 p.m.), The Miller Sisters (4-4:45 p.m.), Madison Sciarini (5-5:45 p.m.), Plant (6-6:45 p.m.) and Moody Bridge (7-7:45 p.m.).
Craft beer vendors, food trucks and artisan booths will also be onsite. Other nonprofits at the event: Reflection of Inspiration, Unidxs, WNC Alliance, AWAKE, HERE in Jackson County, The Community Table, HIGHTS, Peak Wellness Collective and The Jackson County Department of Public Health, as well as a table for the RAD Self Defense Course.
