Meet the Smokies’ plant collection

Learn about the Smokies Herbarium during a Zoom presentation 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, June 18, presented by Janie Bitner, a volunteer with the Great Smoky Mountains National Park Natural History Collection. 

The talk is part of the Science at Sugarlands speaker series presented by Discover Life in America. This year’s series will take place over Zoom, with sessions offered on the third Friday of each month through October. The July session is titled “Birds of the Smokies.”
