Celebrate World Migratory Bird Day with a hike offered 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday, May 8, at Balsam Mountain Trust. 

Guest naturalist Blair Ogburn will lead this excursion at Balsam Mountain Preserve, teaching participants how to identify native bird species by sight and sound.
