COVID-19 Impact and Recovery

Presenting CSFE's Year-End Town Hall Series

Partnering with American Council on Education, Charles Koch Foundation, Center for the Study for Economic Mobility and Institute for Humane Studies

Four virtual and in-person events integrating WCU faculty and students with people in our communities where needs are greatest.

About the Series

Through CSFE’s Faculty Affiliate Program, our faculty and students have been working all year long, and with this series of events we now connect their work with our audiences: academic, policy, and community members. This year’s FA program features 12 faculty from six disciplines representing four of WCU’s six colleges. Their work provides workable ideas and vital insight at the intersection of health, well-being, and economic policy analysis. Recovery is a salient theme, both economic and social recovery, and at multiple levels from individuals to families, communities, and state. The COVID-19 Impact and Recovery series is cosponsored by the Manuel H. Johnson Center for Political Economy at Troy University, the American Council on Education and the Institute for Humane Studies.
