The Waynesville Parks and Recreation Department will offer a trip to tour the Basilica of St. Lawrence and the Grove Arcade in Asheville. The trip will take place from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan.27. The cost is $10 per person and this does not include lunch.
