Plain Greek yogurt is a great source of protein and calcium. Here are 5 ideas on ways you can use it:

Put some Greek yogurt in your fruit smoothies to increase protein. Use Greek yogurt along with seasoning to make dips. Substitute for all or part of the sour cream/mayonnaise.

Stir in honey or maple syrup to Greek yogurts and use it to top fresh berries for dessert. Make a fruit parfait by layering Greek yogurt, fresh chopped fruit and granola.
