Natural History Photography: Revealing the Unseen World Around Us will teach the audience how to explore their surroundings with fresh eyes and provide tips for capturing this beauty with a camera. From wasps that turn pitcher plants into cradles for their young to treehopper herding ants, the program will include light-hearted stories about nature as well as photography and philosophical talk about the need to get to know our own wild places a little better.
Bolt’s images have been featured by organizations such as National Geographic Society, The Nature Conservancy, Outdoor Photographer and Audubon Magazine, and his international nature project Meet Your Neighbors has grown to include dozens of photographers from across the globe.
Refreshments will be served at 7 p.m. and the program will begin at 7:30 p.m.
