The expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 13, at the North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville and feature guided nature walks, live animal programs, a range of other demonstrations and displays from local environmental organizations. Also making an appearance will be the Sol Food Mobile Farm, a retro-fitted school bus that runs on waste vegetable oil.

The event is held in conjunction with the N.C. Science Festival.
